SBI was incorporated in Gaborone on 13 July 2018 and bears the Certificate of Incorporation No. CO2018/13404. SBI is a sister company of Strategic Consult (Pty) Limited, a company which was incorporated in Botswana and Zambia in 1997 and has been operating from Unit 113, First Floor, Mega TyreBuilding, Haile Selassie Road for the past 11 years. Strategic Consult has a long history of providing professional services to the private, Government and public sector organisationsas well as to SMMEs in Botswana for the past 18 years. SBI is a member of The Service Excellence Institute International (TSEII).
